Well-Being Workshops
Interactive experiences supporting resilience, purpose, mindfulness and intentional living.

Reflective well-being for life, work & transitions
Focus Now creates reflective and restorative experiences that help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

For Douglass workshop participants
Join Katherine for a free virtual follow-up circle on Monday, October 26, 2026, 7:00–8:30 p.m. Eastern. Reconnect with your intention, share what has shifted, and choose your next step. Come whether you have started or not.
Interested in more support? A four-session circle series begins in January 2027.
Through reflection, conversation, mindfulness and restorative practices, Focus Now helps individuals and groups slow down long enough to hear what matters—and take their next intentional step.
